Pharmacist Retainer

We are seeking a PRC-Licensed Pharmacist to serve as our Pharmacist Retainer and authorized representative to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This is a critical role for our client's startup as they navigate the registration and distribution of health, beauty, and household care products. You will ensure that the company remains in good standing with all regulatory bodies and that all product documentation is accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide professional services as PRC licensed representative to FDA for the client such as but not limited to signing documents for FDA purposes and on-site appearances when needed during inspection and other relevant FDA regulatory concerns.
• Familiarization of submitted documents to FDA and other relevant agencies bearing her/his signature.
• To liaise with other government agencies as the need arises.
