About the Role
Job Description
A pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescription medications, advising patients on proper medication use, ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs, and providing counseling on health-related issues. They may also oversee medication inventory, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Medical Problem Solving Skills
