Maintain patient profiles on the system as well as medicine history.

Answer telephones (landline and WhatsApp) for dispensing of prescriptions.

Answer telephones (landline and WhatsApp) and assist with queries regarding medicine or prescriptions.

Handle ordering of stock if required from the Responsible Pharmacist.

Fill bottles with prescription medicine and label with applicable label.

Dispensing prescription medicine as well as over-the-counter medicine.

Provide advise regarding prescription medicine as well as over-the-counter medicine to clients.

Treat clients in a friendly and polite manner. Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
