Postgraduate Researcher (PGR) Training and Development Specialist

As the PGR Training and Development Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of a sector‑leading professional development programme for Brunel’s doctoral research community. You will shape the annual programme of workshops, courses, and development opportunities and personally deliver engaging and innovative training sessions that support researcher growth and success. Working closely with the PGR Academic Lead, you will ensure the programme aligns with the Researcher Development Framework (RDF) 2025 and Concordat commitments.

Using your collaborative and proactive approach, you will work with academic and professional services colleagues to maximise engagement and participation across the PGR community.
