Personalised learning Coordinator Tutor

Join our award winning provision, National Star College in Hereford as a Personal Learning Coordinator Tutor, delivering innovative teaching for students with complex learning difficulties, autism, and disabilities, supporting independence, wellbeing, and future opportunities.

It will be your job to deliver high quality and stimulating learning for students with Complex Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (CLDD) such as Autism, Multi-Sensory Impairments and/ or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

Multi-disciplinary work will be critical in your role so that you can ensure students maximise their learning, boosting their independence and wellbeing to prepare them for life after college. A large part of your role will involve liaising with internal colleagues, external professionals and students’ families, as well as monitoring, recording and optimising the progress of learners.
