Job Description
Location: Haliburton (Partnering Retirement Homes)
Pay Rate: $20.40 CAD per hour
- Free overnight stay for shifts when required.
- Comprehensive training and orientation.
- Complimentary scrubs provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with residents’ individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and manage residents’ medication routines according to established protocols.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health, promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide guidance and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Oversee and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
