Personal Support Worker - Burlington, ON - CAD$300.00/week
CareQuilt is a private-pay home care company. We help older adults stay healthy, independent, and at home longer through structured, prevention-oriented support. Our care is goal-based and organized around four areas: mobility, nutrition, cognition, and social and emotional wellbeing. Each client has one focus area, with the others tracked over time. Behind every placement is CareOS, our coordination system, which handles scheduling, communication, and logistics so caregivers can focus on the people in front of them.
