Personal Support Manager

Position Summary

As a Personal Support Manager (RPN – Registered Practical Nurse), you will oversee the delivery of client care for a community PSW team in the North York Region. You will ensure high‑quality care is delivered by engaged and experienced PSWs and manage client, employee and operational metrics to maintain team performance. Your role involves supporting the team drawing from practical experience and applying strong clinical, customer service and technical skills.
