Job Responsibilities

• Confirm daily schedule and instructions from superior every morning and evening to ensure all tasks accomplished.
• Able to plan routes and estimate travel time schedule.
• Ensure safety of passengers and vehicles by driving safely and complying with all rules and traffic laws to ensure no traffic summons and complaints.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicle, when necessary, to ensure the vehicle is well maintained, safe and ready to use.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
• Send superior’s car(s) to the service centre in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the vehicle and garage area is clean and tidy to maintain cleanliness for passengers’ convenience.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
