Job Scope: Personal Driver – Vice Chancellor (VC)

Position: Personal Driver Reporting To: Vice Chancellor (VC) & PA / Assistant FLM Manager (Ms. Saraswathy)

To provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for the Vice Chancellor, ensuring punctuality, comfort, and confidentiality during official and personal engagements.

Responsibilities

1. Safe Transportation:
   • Drive the Vice Chancellor to official meetings, events, and appointments on time.
   • Ensure compliance with all traffic rules and safety regulations.
   • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:
   • Monitor vehicle condition and report mechanical issues promptly.
   • Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and maintained in optimal condition.
   • Coordinate servicing and repairs with facility/maintenance teams.
