Brompton Hall School is seeking additional members of the Pastoral team to play a vital role in shaping the personal development and welfare of our pupils. As a Personal Development Mentor, you will ensure high‑quality pastoral support for pupils with additional needs, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. In addition, you will lead personal development across the whole school, driving initiatives that promote well‑being, resilience, and positive relationships. Working within the established pastoral team you will support interventions and pupils personal development for all pupils within the school.
