Personal Assistant (Direct Payment) – Female Only

Location: (Ashill, Norfolk)
Hours: (16-20 hours per week – flexible, agreed rota)
Pay: £15 per hour

A disabled woman with severe ME/CFS , who is housebound and bedbound at almost all times , is seeking a female Personal Assistant (Schedule 9, P1 of the Equality Act 2010 applies.) to provide domestic support, intimate personal care, and general housekeeping . Schedule 9, P1 of the Equality Act 2010 applies.

Support needs fluctuate from day to day . Reliability, calmness, and consistency are essential. All duties must be carried out at a slow, gentle, unhurried pace in line with an energy‑limiting condition.
