About the Role
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure proper documentation and distribution.
- Follow up with relevant staff after meetings to track progress and completion of assigned action items.
- Record managing director instructions and decisions, communicate them to the relevant departments, and follow up on task progress and completion.
- Update managing director on pending tasks and matters requiring decision or approval.
- Support managing director in strategic planning, business analysis, and daily operations.
- To identify improvement opportunities, coordinated cross department initiatives, and oversaw key operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare executive reports and analyses to support decision making.
