About the Role

Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking a Person in Charge for a well-established, reputable service based in Co. Limerick, which provides several supports to both children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
We are seeking an experienced social care professional to join the residential services, to effectively manage the day-to day running of a residential home supporting adult service users, leading a team of social care staff and healthcare support. 
Requirements:
Must hold a social care qualification and an additional Healthcare Management Qualification
5 years’ experience in Social Care with 3 years at leadership level working in ID sector
Full, clean driving license 
A proven track record of managing a residential service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements
A working knowledge of HIQA regulations and CORU.
