Responsibilities

  • Preparing paperwork
  • Scheduling of consultation with clients
  • Preparing and emailing weekly reports
  • Updating virtual files
  • Build ongoing task list
  • Oversee administrative tasks
  • Admin tasks

Technical Requirements

  • Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel® Core i3 (6th -12th gen)/ i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
  • Operating System: Windows Or Mac
