About the Role
System & Process Improvement Manager - Peri-operative Services (6-month Project Role)
This is a fixed-term, 6-month project role established to drive measurable improvements in clinical systems, processes, and quality outcomes across the department. The role is accountable for delivering defined improvement initiatives aligned to patient safety, quality, operational efficiency, and One Healthscope ways of working.
Key deliverables and accountabilities include:
- Lead targeted system and process improvement initiatives to strengthen evidence-based, person-centred care, translating best practice into standardised, sustainable clinical workflows.
- Review, redesign, and embed clinical governance processes, ensuring alignment with AHPRA standards, legislative requirements, Healthscope policies, scope of practice, and confidentiality obligations.
