Performance Testing

Requirement

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in Performance Testing, with hands‑on experience using tools such as LoadRunner, Performance Center, or JMeter , preferably within Banking or Fintech environment
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related discipline
• Malaysian citizen (due to project and client requirements)
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia , both written and spoken, with ability to support regional and local stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Performance Testing Lifecycle (PTLC), workload modelling, performance analysis, and defect management , with experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
