Performance Testing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HIL Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for embedded control units. This role requires close collaboration with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure robust validation of control algorithms and embedded systems. Design, develop, and maintainHardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for ECU validation. Develop plant models using MATLAB/Simulink for real-time simulation. Collaborate with hardware engineers to review schematics and ensure test coverage alignment. Develop automated test scripts and regression test suites. Document test setups, validation procedures, and results. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. ~Strong understanding ofhardware schematics, signal conditioning, and electronic circuits. ~ Experience with real-time simulation and model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink). ~
