Position: Performance Tester

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Strong expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or StressStimulus.
• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress test for applications and systems.
• Analyze test results to identify performance issues, bottlenecks, and capacity limitations.
• Provide recommendations for performance optimization and system improvements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate non-functional requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance performance testing scripts and documentation.
• Monitor system behavior and performance during test execution.
