About the Role

 Join the Global Cybersecurity team of one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a Performance Test Lead. The department is responsible for enabling businesses and functions to manage their information, technology and cybersecurity risks by ensuring these are well-understood, and that controls used to manage such events are defined, assessed and implemented appropriately.
 Your role Lead the test team by setting clear plans, strategies, and actions
 Ensure development projects meet deadlines, business, and user needs
 Establish and improve test team principles and strategies
 Develop project-level automation frameworks for efficient testing
 Contribute to performance and non-functional testing
 Your skills Demonstrated strong experience as a Test Lead
 Hands-on testing experience and willingness to engage in manual and automated testing
