Performance Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen)
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with developers, architects, and DB teams to resolve issues
• Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume testing with reporting.
• Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and prepare detailed performance reports
• Monitor system resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) during test execution
• Participate in performance requirement gathering and workload modeling
• Ensure performance testing best practices are followed across projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing with relevant 4+ years in LoadRunner tool.
• Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)
• Extensive knowledge of Load Runner Enterprise/ Performance centre
• Experience scripting using C language
