About the Role
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Performance Test Engineer. The role is on-site and located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Performance Test Engineer will be responsible for executing load tests, developing test strategies, conducting performance analysis, and various testing activities. Daily tasks involve identifying performance issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with development teams to ensure that applications meet performance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Load and Performance Testing using industry-standard tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including performance testing methodologies and best practices.
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains is highly desirable.
