Performance Quality Engineer

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client's and/or downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner or NeoLoad
• Perform workload modeling and simulate real-world usage scenarios
• Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
• Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with LoadRunner and/or NeoLoad
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, spike, endurance testing)
