About the role

Working as part of the Culture & Leadership Centre of Excellence within People and Culture, this role plays a critical role in driving our high performance with high integrity culture through effective performance management and organisational development projects to improve organisational culture and leadership practices consistent with Auto & General’s overall strategic direction, values and desired culture.

The Performance & Organisational Development Specialist will lead the cyclical performance management process across the organisation, partnering closely with People & Culture teams and Business Partners to optimise performance and engagement.
