Role Summary We need an agile and super-motivated Performance Marketer who can work independently to lead our paid acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, youll be the architect of our digital campaigns, responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels. You should be a fast learner with a passion for driving measurable results, a track record of high performance, and the ability to create or optimize video creatives for paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities Independently develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
