Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Summary

We need an agile and super-motivated Performance Marketer who can work independently to lead our paid acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of our digital campaigns, responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels. You should be a fast learner with a passion for driving measurable results and a track record of high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , and LinkedIn .
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates continuously and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
