The Core Responsibilities of the Role:
Own paid performance media strategy and results across EQ Bank Personal and Small Business Banking, with a focus on driving strong ROI and efficient CAC. Work closely with agency and platform partners to optimize paid media execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms, ensuring performance goals are met. Partner with agency and platform partners on channel mix, bidding approaches, testing roadmaps, creative strategy, A/B testing and optimization priorities. Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Product Marketing team to plan and execute go-to-market campaigns, including channel strategy, budgets, KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
