About the Role
Position: Performance Marketing Lead
What you will do:
• Lead and own the overall performance marketing strategy and execution across core paid channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Drive planning, execution, and scaling of campaigns across search, display, video, and app campaigns (UAC/PMax)
• Define and track key performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates, ensuring consistent growth and efficiency
• Lead continuous experimentation roadmap across channels, creatives, and funnels to unlock incremental growth
• Deep-dive into performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, and Singular to derive actionable insights
• Own budget allocation and optimization across channels to maximize ROI at scale
• Identify and scale new growth opportunities across emerging channels and platforms
• Take ownership of app growth and user acquisition funnels, optimizing conversion across key touchpoints
