About the Role

Accredian arms working professionals with next generation skills like Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Management, Product management in partnership with top tier institutions like IITs, IIMs, XLRI and provides them a transformative learning experience to help them move up in their careers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, Linked In, and emerging channels.
Manage and scale monthly budgets of ₹3–5 Cr, driving strong ROAS, CAC, and Conversion%.
Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
Design and implement robust attribution frameworks (online).
Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, lead connect time, & conversions.
