Performance Marketing Designer

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD Annually

Overview

The Performance Marketing Designer is responsible for designing high-impact, results-driven creative for our always-on marketing channels, with a primary focus on weekly BAU ads and lifecycle email flows. This role blends strong design craft, performance awareness, and rapid iteration to deliver creative that supports growth, conversion, and brand consistency. Reporting into the Head of Creative and working closely with the Performance Marketing team, this is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role. The ideal candidate is a proactive idea generator, a strong visual problem solver, and a designer who is motivated by testing, learning, and continuously improving creative based on real performance insights.
