Role Description
Launch, manage, and scale Google Ads App Campaigns (UAC)
Optimize campaigns for installs, subscriptions & in-app purchases
Monitor and improve CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention
A/B test creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and audiences
Analyze performance using Google Ads, Firebase, GA
Prepare clear performance reports and insights
Work with design & product teams to improve conversions
Qualifications
4+ years experience as a Performance Marketer
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads for mobile apps
Solid understanding of mobile attribution & analytics
Experience managing subscription-based or IAP apps
Data-driven, analytical, and result-focused mindset
