About the Role
We are launching an AI-powered learning app and we're looking for a
results-driven Performance Marketer
to lead our paid growth.
This is not a branding role.
This is a
numbers, testing, and optimization role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and run
Meta & TikTok app install campaigns - Create ad creatives (basic editing via Canva / CapCut)
- Write high-converting English ad copy
- Set up & manage Pixels and app events tracking
- Track and analyze CPI, CPA, ROAS
- Optimize campaigns weekly based on performance data
- Test creatives, hooks, and messaging continuously
Required Skill Stack:
- Strong
Meta Ads Manager
experience - Strong
TikTok Ads
experience - Proven
App Install campaign
experience - Pixel & events setup knowledge
- Ability to analyze ROAS, CPA & funnel metrics
