About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Research and target specific audiences to maximize campaign impact.
Media Buying:
Plan and negotiate ad placements with platforms and publishers to achieve cost-effective and high-performing results.
Continuously monitor media budgets to ensure spending aligns with goals.
Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Use A/B testing to refine creatives, targeting, and strategies.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity.
Adapt campaigns based on cultural nuances and seasonal demand.
Collaboration:
