Performance Marketer

We are hiring a Performance Marketer with proven experience in scaling paid advertising for lifestyle and perfume brands. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Meta Ads, with working experience in Google Ads and exposure to TikTok Ads. This role requires a performance-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Assist in creating, testing, and scaling TikTok Ads (experience is a plus).
• Develop audience strategies, creatives testing frameworks, and funnel optimizations.
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and placements.
