Performance Coordinator

We are looking for an excellent communicator with attention to detail to conduct calls to our fleet, handle behavior appeals by cross referencing system data and reach out to Stakeholders through calling campaigns. This role requires 2 years of experience in stakeholder or customer facing roles with communication being at the forefront of these interactions.

What will you be doing?

Couriers who have not achieved certain metrics within their shifts will receive warnings. You will be reaching out to offer guidance on how to achieve said metrics through coaching. You’ll need to listen attentively to what couriers are saying, as feedback from our fleet is just as important as coaching and shift behavior improvement.
