The Performance and Optimization Specialist is responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes, systems, and performance metrics to enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Performance Marketing:
Focuses on measurable results such as conversions, clicks and ROI.
Strategies include Meta Ads, CPAS, retargeting and influencer marketing.
Use data analytics to optimize campaigns continuously.
B. Creative for Product and Campaign Optimization
C. Product/Listing Optimization
D. Platform management
