Performance and Optimization Engineer

We are looking for a Performance & Optimization Specialist for one of our clients to perform network performance, monitoring, and analysis by collecting and analyzing information, identifying the abnormalities from sources in the domain of the customer solution, diagnosing root causes of performance issues, and recommending improvement for optimization actions (i.e., QoS Optimization, parameter tuning, SW Upgrades, etc.) to meet contractual KPI targets. They find problems that were not identified during testing. In addition to diagnosing network performance issues, the Performance & Optimization Specialist generates daily/weekly/monthly reports related to technology aspects of the customer solution.
