About the Role
The Performance & Growth Marketing Manager will lead mazeed’s marketing growth engine across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue expansion. This role combines strategic performance marketing with growth initiatives focused on user adoption, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV).
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a holistic growth and performance marketing strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
Own key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention rate, activation rate, and active users.
