PeopleSoft HCM – Integrations & Reports Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Integrations and Reports Developer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations and reporting solutions within PeopleSoft HCM. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, integration frameworks, and reporting tools, along with a solid understanding of HCM business processes.

Integrations:
Design, develop, and support integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
Develop and maintain Web Services (REST/SOAP), CI-based integrations, and file-based interfaces.
Work with third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, Banking, etc.) for inbound and outbound integrations.
