Peoplesoft Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong techno‑functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM). This is a hybrid opportunity; a candidate must be available approximately 1-2x a week to go into the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing system impacts, supporting upgrades and patches, driving integration efforts, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality financial systems solutions. They will need hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules and PeopleTools fundamentals. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or PeopleSoft Functional/Techno‑Functional Analyst.
