About the Role
Description
:We are seeking an experienced People Solution Center Partner to join our HR Operations team in Krakow. You will support and coordinate HR Operations processes and payroll across multiple countries, mainly Poland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Switzerland, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by external partners. In this role, you will handle complex cases, act as a point of escalation, and drive the digitization and optimization of Hire-to-Retire processes.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate HR Operations processes with external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Manage payroll administration and approval, providing final validation and sign-off.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data entries to maintain reliable source data for payroll operations
