People & Safety Advisor

Integrated Foods Group is an international food processing and agricultural business, operating large-scale farming and boutique lamb processing sites across Gisborne and Napier.

We are seeking a People and Safety Advisor to join our team at Fresh Meats NZ in Napier, a boutique lamb processing site producing premium quality products for domestic and international markets. This is a hands‑on, influential role where you will play a key part in shaping a strong safety culture, supporting people leaders, and building capability across the site.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working closely with site leadership, this role provides both strategic and operational support across health and safety, HR generalist activities, training and development, and employee engagement.
