- Promotions: Oversee the promotion process with an unwavering focus on fairness, transparency, and alignment with the organization s vision and goals.
- Goal Setting & Alignment: Facilitate goal-setting initiatives for individuals and teams, ensuring alignment with GPL s broader objectives. Foster a culture of accountability through clear, measurable, and meaningful goals.
- 360 Feedback Process: Drive 360 feedback across the organization in line with the GIG philosophy. Ensure robust action planning and governance post-process.
