Your expertise will support the navigation of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational change, while fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice across the business to employees, line manager and Directors, including employee relations, absence management, recruitment, and performance management (probationary period issues and performance issues)
- Keep up to date with employment law changes and support with updating Sumer policies and processes
