Job Overview

Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week (Flexi Time)

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Central Headquarters, 197 Eyre Street, Sheffield, S1 3FG / Agile working

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the organisation‑wide 360° Feedback process.
• Oversee the launch and ongoing management of the staff engagement survey.
• Monitor progress against the Culture Action Plan, ensuring initiatives reflect the service vision and values.
• Lead on elements of Leadership and Management training delivery and contribute to building the confidence of leaders through skills development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Organisational Development interventions and understanding of how culture underpins organisational effectiveness.
