Job Description ANGARAI is seeking a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Management System (TAMS) Specialist to manage HR operations, talent acquisition, and payroll using the Zoho ecosystem as the single system of record. This role supports both ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) and operates in alignment with U.S. EST business hours. The role plays a key part in supporting ANGARAIs commitment to operational excellence, industry best practices, data integrity, and continuous improvement, ensuring structured hiring, effective people operations, accurate payroll execution, and audit-ready HR documentation across the organization.
