What This Role Is About
Deliver clear people insights across the full HR and People Operations lifecycle, while providing hands‑on support for DEI, culture, health and wellness, recruitment operations, and compliance initiatives. This role blends analytics with real, day‑to‑day people work.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain people analytics and dashboards covering the full span of HR and People Operations (workforce, hiring, attrition, engagement, DEI, and related metrics).
• Turn data into clear, practical insights leaders can act on.
• Provide hands‑on support for DEI, culture, and health and wellness initiatives, including surveys, programs, events, and tracking.
