People Operations Manager

Were seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment, focused on operational excellence, compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Youll manage a high-performing People Operations team, optimise processes, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
