JOB PURPOSE:

In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem-solving mentality and operationally focused mindset.

This role will operationally lead the HR HUB LATAM (18 countries) operation ensuring that legal compliance, timings and process are rigorously accomplished. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::
+ Lead the end‑to‑end (E2E) operation for LATAM — covering Joiners, Movers, Leavers, and Personal Information Change processes — ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and legal compliance across all countries.
