People Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is the engine behind our employee lifecycle, ensuring that every data point, from an initial hire in Workday to a final exit, is accurate, timely, and secure. Owning our processes and maintaining our internal systems. 

Key Responsibilities

Workday Lifecycle Management: Execute all employee and contractor data transactions, including seamless onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and off cycle compensation changes.

●    Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, managing our People Ops ticket queue with a focus on speed and accuracy.

●    Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy across all platforms. You'll be responsible for data cleaning and proactive troubleshooting.
